Proflux filters are Guaranteed to be free from manufacturer's defects in material, workmanship or design in accordance with the terms and conditions described below:
In the event of an engine or equipment failure directly caused by a proven defective Proflux filter, which was properly installed and changed following the engine manufacturer's recommended service intervals, Proflux warrants that it will pay for the repair or, if necessary, replacement of an engine or other parts damaged as a result of any defect in any of our filters. Claim Procedure as followings:
1. Keep the defective filter, contact with the Proflux Filters Co., Ltd or the sales branch of our
company in your city.
2. Don’t open out the defective filter, please pack it with plastic bag and post together with
the oil and coolant to our company or our sales branch in your city.
3. Please post together with the vehicle condition, the whole process of installation, or any
other data which can support limited guarantee.
Claims for engine repairs provided under this warranty must be submitted within 30 days after discovery of damage. Proflux Technical Department reserves the right to examine the engine and filter to determine the amount of damage and whether it was caused by a proven defective Proflux filter. Please noted if the alleged defective filter is not made available for engineering evaluation, no warranty claim can be accepted.
Attention:
A.For the air filter, if you have cleaned with water or checked, we’ll not guarantee.
B.We are not responsible for the trouble which happened by wrong installation, neglect,
negligence or accident, or that has been improperly maintained, operated. The warranty
does not apply to any damage to the product that is the result of rust or corrosion.
C.Engine and equipment manufacturer’s warranties remain in effect when Proflux filters are
used.
